Returns and Refunds Policy

Here at Vicky Cowie books, we are happy to accept the return/exchange of any unwanted item(s) supplied to consumers for refund, within 28 days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:

If you have bought an item from us that proves to be damaged, please let us know as soon as the damage becomes apparent so we are able to help. Where possible, we ask that pictures or full details of the damage can be provided.

We reserve the right to check the item(s) before accepting it back for refund or replacement.

How to return?

When you send your return to us, please remember to enclose your full contact details and order number. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

Step 1: Email dvcowie@googlemail.com with order reference, full name, contact details, reason for return and attach any necessary additional documentation.

Step 2: Please wait to receive acknowledgement of the return. Once you have received confirmation of acceptance of the return, please return at your own expense to the following address:

Step 3: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Vicky Cowie will immediately make arrangements to investigate, replace or process the refund. All replaced items will be sent 1st Class. All refunds should take between three and five working days to clear. The sum will be refunded to the same credit or debit card account used to make the initial payment.
